  • Education & Employment Data: This category covers your Education Level and Employment Information (including occupation, monthly income level, and years of work experience). These Information allows us to accurately evaluate your financial stability and design loan terms (such as loan amount and repayment period) that are suitable for your economic situation.
  • Family Data: This includes your Marital Status and Number of Children. Understanding these factors helps us comprehensively assess your overall financial burden and risk tolerance, ensuring that the credit services we provide do not impose excessive pressure on your family finances and are sustainable for your long-term economic situation.

All collected data is subject to strict security protection measures and will be used and stored in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will never disclose or use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the stated service objectives without your explicit consent.

How do we use your data

Permission Statement

To provide you with fast and reliable financial services, we request the following permissions:

  • Photo Album &Camera

    • Take Photo: Capture real-time screenshots or scene photos of the problems you encounter while using the App, to help our customer service team quickly identify and resolve your issues.
    • Choose from Library: Select existing screenshots or photos related to your App usage issues from your album for customer service troubleshooting.
    • We only collect the photos actively taken by you via the camera or selected by you from the album for customer service consultation. We will not access any other unrelated photos or image files in your device. All collected data is encrypted and transmitted to our servers. You can revoke the access permission at any time in your phone settings. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share the data with any third parties without your explicit consent.
  • Device Information

    • We collect limited device information permitted by the iOS platform, such as device model, operating system version, App version, and IP address, for the purposes of service security, fraud prevention, and performance optimization.
    • We do not collect hardware identifiers such as IMEI, SIM card identifiers, or other persistent device identifiers.
    • The collected device information is encrypted and transmitted to our servers. It is only used for anti-fraud verification and App performance optimization. We will not share the information with any third parties.
  • Location Access

    • We request access to your approximate location to determine service availability, comply with regional regulatory requirements, and prevent access from restricted jurisdictions.
  • Tracking Usage

    • We activate tracking features only after you provide explicit consent. These features collect general interaction data (such as button clicks and screen views) and performance metrics (including page loading times and error occurrences) to improve service quality.
    • All collected data is fully anonymized and used solely to enhance application performance and user experience. This includes crash reports and feature usage patterns, which help us identify and resolve issues effectively.
    • The collected information is encrypted and transmitted to our servers. We will not share this data with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Account Cancellation

You may only apply to cancel your account on this platform if you meet all the following conditions:

  • Your loans on the platform have been fully repaid;
  • There is no outstanding balance in the account, including but not limited to interest, penalties, etc.;
  • There are no pending repayments or unfinished automatic debit transactions.

When applying for account cancellation, you shall complete account verification as required by the platform and provide necessary verification documents to confirm that the cancellation operation is your true intention.

  • Post-Closure Implications
    • Account Status: The account will be permanently deactivated, and you will immediately lose access to the platform’s app and all account-related services;
    • Data Handling: Personal information and loan transaction records associated with the account will be scheduled for permanent deletion in accordance with regulations. In accordance with the requirements of credit reporting-related laws and regulations, historical repayment records will be retained for 5 years.

Minor’s Privacy Clause

  • Age Restriction

    Pro Loan is a lending service exclusively for users aged 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors.

  • Parental Guardianship

    If you are a guardian and discover that a minor has submitted information without authorization, please contact our Data Protection Officer (email: proloan.help@panaxia.co). We will delete such data after verification.

Your Data Rights

  • Right to Know

    You have the right to know the scope, purpose, method and basis of the collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal information by this APP, including but not limited to the type of personal information collected (such as identity information, credit records, contact information, etc.), information about third-party cooperative institutions and data security protection measures.   • Right to Query and Correct

    You have the right to query the details of your personal information collected by this APP (such as submitted identity verification materials, loan application records, etc.); when you find that your personal information is incorrect or outdated, you can contact customer service for assistance. We will verify and feedback the processing result within 3 working days (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).

  • Right to Delete

    Under circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations (such as you have cancelled your account, the purpose of information collection has been achieved and there is no need to retain it, etc.), you have the right to apply for deletion of your personal information stored in this APP. You can submit a deletion application through customer service, and we will complete the deletion after verification (except those that need to be retained in accordance with the law).

  • Right to Object and Complain

    If you have objections to the personal information processing behavior of this APP (such as believing that the information processing violates the privacy policy), or find that there is a risk of personal information leakage or abuse, you have the right to submit objections and complaints through customer service channels. We will file a case for verification after receiving the application, and feedback the processing progress and results through your reserved contact information.

The collection, use, storage, sharing and other relevant processing of your personal information by this APP strictly comply with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) and other relevant data protection, financial credit supervision laws and regulations promulgated by the Federal Government of Nigeria (such as the provisions on the protection of customer information of financial institutions in the Central Bank Act). All data processing activities are in line with Nigerian legal requirements to protect your legitimate data rights and interests.

  • Principle of Legality:

    This APP may only process your personal information under statutory circumstances such as obtaining your explicit consent, performing the obligations of the credit service contract, complying with mandatory legal provisions, or protecting your major legitimate rights and interests. Unauthorized data processing beyond the statutory scope is strictly prohibited.

  • Principle of Minimum Necessity:

    In accordance with the requirements of the NDPA, this APP only collects personal information necessary for providing credit services (such as loan application review, repayment management, risk control), and does not collect redundant data unrelated to the services; the scope and duration of data processing are limited to the realization of service purposes, and processing beyond the necessary scope will be stopped in a timely manner and data will be cleaned up in accordance with the law.

Updates and Revisions

  • Amendment Conditions

    We may update this policy when:

    • Legal/regulatory changes occur (e.g., new credit data reporting obligations)
    • Major product changes launch (e.g., adding face recognition verification)
    • Data processing purposes/scopes change (e.g., sharing data with new third-party risk control partners)
